Character Design Challenge - Sailor Moon - Mercury

My entry to this month's character design challenge. The theme was Sailor Moon and I chose to redesign Sailor Mercury. I decided to reinvent her scout uniform with a sci-fi twist and give her some hi-tech water pistols.
